Mr. Anthony Thornton is the Assistant Director of the Department of Economic Development. He has a MBA from Baldwin Wallace with over twenty-five years of experience in the government, manufacturing and non-profit sectors.

He is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and has been involved in Brownfield remediation since 1997.

Prior to working at the City of Cleveland, Anthony spent fourteen years at Cuyahoga County, where he worked in Community Development and Economic Development Departments as a Program Manager.
