This program helps buyers purchase and repair affordable Cleveland homes. Local banks and neighborhood housing organizations participate in this program which offers low-interest loans and interest-free second mortgages of $5,000 or $10,000.

There is no repayment of the second mortgage required during the time the homeowner lives in the home.
The amount of the second mortgage is determined by gross annual income and family size. To qualify, the house must be vacant and require at least $25,000 of work for a single family or $30,000 for a two-family structure. |
