NTI: Clark-Fulton

Clark-Fulton, first settled by Eastern-European migrants in the 1800sm the area is now home to the largest concentration of Hispanics in Ohio. Conveniently situated, the neighborhood provides great access to both I-71 and I-90 greatly linking it with the region.

The City is working with local community and its stakeholders to highlight neighborhood’s diversity through public art and streetscape improvements to further enhance the existing vibrant commercial district and tell the “neighborhood story” to all visitors. Furthermore, an adaptive use of existing commercial and industrial sites is underway, to bring in residential, retail and office tenants.
