America Recycles Day Response Grows as Clevelanders Work Together for the Environment
The day was a huge success with a 38% increase in participation over last year. Residents dropped off several hundred tons of material which has been diverted from landfills, helping to save the environment as well as City expenses. -More Images

Water Pollution Control demonstrated how storm water debris pollutes
CPP showed how to use electricity efficiently
Water showed attendees how to conserve water flow
Solid Waste District demonstrated composting and organic fertilizer
CMSD School of the Arts K-12 students created art about recycling
