The Kennel is open to the public from 10am to 3pm Monday through Saturday, and is closed Sundays and Holidays.

What can I do about a barking dog in the City of Cleveland?

Call 216.664.3069 with the dog owner's address. An Animal Control Officer will respond and issue a written notice of complaint. This phone is answered Monday through Saturday from 7:30am to 3pm. An answering machine records after-hours calls.

Contact the Division of Animal Control at 216.664.3069 (7:30am to 3:00pm Monday thru Saturday). After hours, call Police at 216.621.1234, and they will contact the Animal Control Officer.

Yes, there are currently three levels of training for Emergency Medical Technicians:

  • EMT-Basic: entry level for basic life support
  • EMT-Intermediate: advanced skills including administering drugs and IV fluids
  • EMT-Paramedic: the most highly trained, able to perform advanced life saving procedures
