Under Cleveland City Ordinance Chapter 459, you can contest a parking ticket by writing a letter to: Parking Violation Bureau 1200 Ontario Cleveland, Ohio 44113 Simply state the circumstances in your own words. Make sure you provide your name, telephone number, address, date issued, ticket number, meter number, license number, violation number, location, ticket amount, and tow amount (if applicable)
